Hot tub disappointment

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long journey.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed earlier than promised, which was a significant letdown for us after a tiring day.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic, with something for everyone. The pool was at the perfect temperature and was a nice treat after a long day. The cleanliness of our room stood out, and we felt right at home. I would definitely choose this place again!

Family stay with some bright spots

The room was clean and the staff were really nice. They took care of us personally, especially with the breakfast selection, it was plentiful and hot which was a nice surprise. That breakfast lady really seemed to care about keeping everything fresh and ready.

It wasn't inexpensive but I guess that can be expected sometimes.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the fitness centre. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay, and they were incredibly friendly. I'm coming back for a weekend!

my previous stay at another holiday inn express was nice, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, especially during breakfast with a variety of tasty options like freshly made pancakes. the room was clean and spacious, making it a great place to relax after a long day.

The bathroom fixtures were dated and the outlet situation required some crawling on the floor!!! The hallway temperatures were uncomfortably warm and the carpets could use a thorough cleaning!!!

the hotel is conveniently close to veterans park, which is perfect for a stroll, and there are plenty of dining options like chick-fil-a just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a bite before exploring the sights.

the breakfast at holiday inn express was fantastic! the staff, especially molly, was friendly and helpful. our room was clean, and the beds felt luxurious. the location is great too, right near i-65 and i-22, making it easy to explore.

This place worked for a weekend getaway in Birmingham at a reasonable price. The breakfast had a great variety and was well-stocked by the friendly staff.
